1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BulkPicConv ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with material changes posted on this page.

2. Description of Service

BulkPicConv provides browser-based image conversion and compression tools. The core functionality includes:

  • Batch conversion to WebP, AVIF, JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats
  • Image compression with adjustable quality settings
  • Image editing: cropping, rotating, flipping, and resizing
  • Filters: grayscale, sepia, blur, and sharpen
  • Text and image watermarking
  • AI-powered optimization recommendations (Pro feature)
  • Workflow pipeline for multi-step batch processing (Pro feature)
  • REST API for programmatic image conversion (Pro feature)

All image processing occurs locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Images are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Free Tier & Paid Licenses

BulkPicConv offers a free tier with full access to core conversion features. No sign-up is required for the free tier. Paid licenses (monthly or lifetime) unlock additional features such as AI recommendations, advanced watermarking, workflow pipelines, and API access.

  • Licenses are granted per user and limited to a reasonable number of devices (up to 3).
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license tokens is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraud or abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BulkPicConv only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Process images that you do not own or have authorization to use.
  • Attempt to bypass licensing controls, reverse-engineer the WebAssembly binaries, or tamper with the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or attack the infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to generate or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Resell API access or share your license token with others.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and license.

5. Intellectual Property

The BulkPicConv website, source code, design, and branding are owned by BulkPicConv and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any images you process using the Service. We do not claim any rights over your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all converted images will meet your specific requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.

We are not liable for any data loss, quality issues, or damages arising from use of the Service. We recommend keeping backups of your original images before conversion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkPicConv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy . In general:

  • Monthly subscriptions: refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused.
  • Lifetime licenses: refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will revoke the associated license.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
